Patient & Family Services
As soon as your loved one joins our service, Lake Circle of Care provides Grief and Loss Support for family members, friends, and caregivers - including one-on-one counseling, telephone counseling, and small group support. After initial bereavement support, a variety of ongoing support groups are available for as long as you choose to attend. Families with children are also welcome to join our Wings of Hope Family Camp, held several times each year for children ages 5/6 (confirm) and older who have experienced the death of a loved one.
